The Art Farm is a family-friendly collective of craft stores, farmer’s market, coffee shop, restaurant and deli in Alwynspoort, just outside Klipriver. During lockdown the deli and soap shop are open for online shopping so you can continue to support this rustic gem.

Home to re-loved and upcycled furniture, The Vintage Corner in Three Rivers can help you find new-to-you furniture pieces that add charm to your home. This quaint store also runs workshops and has everything you need to complete any chalk painting projects you may have started during lockdown.
Stonehaven on Vaal
The ducks and geese are currently taking over the pristine lawns of Stonehaven on Vaal. Known for it’s peaceful scenery on the banks of the Vaal river, Stonehaven is a great place to enjoy a picnic on the lawns, a delicious lunch or a lazy cruise on the river. It should definitely be on your list of places to visit once lockdown is over, for now you can enjoy their daily videos of sunsets and river scenery.
Urban Eatery
Urban Eatery has teamed up with The Chef and the Fat Lady during lockdown to bring you family-style meals. Two options are posted on their Facebook page a day in advance and deliveries are made to homes in Meyerton, Vanderbijil and Vereeniging.
