When I first met Doug Nash, he gave my property a very professional inspection, he was very personable to talk to.When I decided to used his company Pinnacles Structural Repair Specialist s to do the construction needed after the flood damage in April 2022; He made sure everything was well organised and very little interruption to me. The various crews worked together well and cleaned up everyday, Any queries could be directed at Doug himself or his admin Judy who was friendly and professional with regards to any appointments and billing etc.
All work was done in a timely manner without any shortcuts. I would recommend Doug’s for anyone who needs his help as he is very efficient and a great co-ordination of his crew and the work he seems passionate about.
I would like to thank Pinnacle Structural Repairs for the repairs done to my property. From the start of getting the quotes and during the complete job Doug was patient with explaining the procedures and the work to be done. Over the 2 weeks (rainy days included) it took to complete the underpinning, I never had any form of issues.
Additional work that was needed, never became an issue and it was done as if it was part of the job itself.
The clean-up was exemplary, with absolute minimal damage to the surrounds.
