New to South Africa, Cape Town HOMEMAKERS exhibitor, LIEBH sources unique artwork for those seeking extraordinary décor. Made from individually hand-crafted iron the current collection offers nature-inspired opulence and serenity for living spaces, as well as office and hotel interior walls.
All Love
LIEBH was founded in 2018. According to owner, Lizé Baxter, “LIEBH is a brand born out of love. It started with a love for beautiful creations. It is pronounced like the German word for love – Liebe – with more emphasis on the H. The word is made up of the first letters of the first names of the female family still with us. And it reminds us of the generations of beauties before us who inspired us with their own artistry.”
ICON CORAL is Lizé’s favourite piece in the range, it is also the first piece she saw. She hopes others will share LIEBH’s “…love for the colourful elegance of the nature-inspired designs, and appreciate the techniques and talents that come together to create these beauties.”

Nature Inspired
Inspired by the forms found in nature, the bespoke artwork features are delicate and intriguing. Individually hand-crafted from iron, the various shapes, styles and colours accentuate interior spaces. The unique pied colour finishing brings a fascinating lustre to the artwork.

When it comes to trends, Lizé says that she is seeing a lot of bold colours paired with intricate finishes. Her advice to homeowners looking to decorate is to add colour to walls and give each room its own signature finish. She hopes visitors to the show will enjoy viewing the her “beauties” surface finishes with the pied patternings that lend their golden glow.
